Scariest use yet of the DMCA: The Church of Scientology has managed to get all references to anti-Scientology websites removed from Google.
As an update - some of the material has been reindexed by Google - particular the homepage of “Operation Clambake” which is good news. Still Google has not actually challenged the DCMA as the homepage doesn’t refer to any “copyrighted material”.
